Who we are
Visitorscheck is operated by Allround Web B.V. (Netherlands). The service is delivered over visitorscheck.com and its aliases.
What you get
Access to the tracking script, identification dashboard, integrations, and APIs as specified in your chosen tier. Tier limits and features are published on the pricing page and are part of the contract.
Acceptable use
You may not resell the service, attempt to deanonymise residential visitors, or use identifications in a way that violates local B2B privacy rules. Enterprise contracts can narrow this further.
Billing and cancellation
Annual plans are invoiced up front with a 30-day notice before renewal. Monthly plans can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time. No refunds for partial months; pro-rata credit on downgrades.
Liability
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We indemnify for our own GDPR breaches; you indemnify for misuse of the data on your side.
Changes to the service
Features may evolve. Material breaking changes are announced 30 days in advance. Retention tiers and legal basis do not change without an updated DPA.
